What to include
- your NetBox Mobile app version and iOS version;
- your NetBox version, when known;
- the screen and action involved;
- the exact user-facing error shown by NB Console; and
- steps that consistently reproduce the problem.
Before contacting support
Confirm the server runs NetBox 4.6 or later within the 4.x API
boundary and is reachable over HTTPS. NB Console accepts only NetBox
v2 API tokens beginning with nbt_; legacy v1 tokens are
unsupported. Confirm the same token can view the requested object in
NetBox. For Bookmark or image-attachment changes, confirm the server
reports the token as write-enabled and permits the requested action.
Product boundary
NB Console is an independent client for NetBox. Your NetBox operator remains responsible for server configuration, availability, authentication, authorization, audit logging, backups, and incident response. NB Console cannot grant permissions, install NetBox, recover server data, or bypass the server's decision.
