Agreement
By using NB Console or this website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you use NB Console for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these terms for that organization.
What NB Console provides
NB Console is an iOS client that communicates with a NetBox server selected by the user. NB Console does not provide a NetBox account, hosted NetBox service, relay, server administration service, backup service, source of truth, or guarantee of access to any deployment.
App license
Your license to the iOS app is governed by Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These terms supplement that agreement for NB Console and this public website. If they conflict, the Apple Standard EULA controls the app license to the extent of the conflict.
NB Console Pro purchases
NB Console Pro is available through Apple as a monthly subscription for USD $2.99, an annual subscription for USD $29.99, or a lifetime non-consumable purchase for USD $59.99. Monthly and annual subscriptions include a two-week introductory free trial for eligible new subscribers. Apple determines eligibility and handles payment, Family Sharing, subscription renewal, cancellation, and refunds. Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-displayed price unless cancelled through your Apple account settings. A lifetime purchase unlocks NB Console Pro for the purchasing Apple account without recurring billing. Restore Purchases can recover eligible prior purchases.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- using NB Console only with servers, tokens, objects, and data you are authorized to access;
- configuring and maintaining your NetBox deployment, TLS, permissions, audit logging, backups, and recovery plans;
- reviewing the target connection, object, and proposed change before submitting an action;
- protecting your iPhone, device passcode, credentials, exports, and screenshots; and
- complying with applicable laws, organizational policies, and third-party terms.
Acceptable use
You may not use NB Console to access systems or data without authorization, interfere with a server or network, bypass access controls, distribute malware, or violate applicable law. NB Console does not expand the privileges granted by a NetBox server; the server decides whether each request is permitted.
Connected services
NB Console connects your iPhone directly to the NetBox server you choose. KW Software LLC does not operate or control that server and is not responsible for its availability, security, configuration, permissions, audit records, backups, recovery, or data practices.
Updates and support
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features and may release updates needed for compatibility or security. We do not promise a particular support response time, NetBox version, or continued availability of every feature.
Warranty disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NB Console and this website are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, or uninterrupted and error-free operation. You are responsible for evaluating NB Console for your environment before relying on it for operational work.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KW Software LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, credentials, access, revenue, or business opportunity arising from your use of NB Console. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.
Independent project
NB Console is an independent client for NetBox. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by NetBox Labs. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe compatibility.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
